Video: Texas Cops Fired for Excessive Force

Two Jasper (Texas) Police officers have been fired by the City Council for allegedly using excessive force on a 25-year-old woman while processing her at the local jail.
Officers Ricky Grissom and Ryan Cunningham could face criminal charges stemming from the May 5 incident that was captured on surveillance cameras inside the station, reports KTRE.
The officers are seen slamming Keyarika Diggles' head into a station counter, following what appears to be a verbal altercation. After a scuffle ensues, one officer grabs Diggles by the hair and both men slam her into a counter in the jail office before throwing her to the floor. While Diggles is on the floor, the officers cuff her hands behind her back.
In the color video, Diggles appears to kick at one of the officers and lose a shoe. At that point, the two officers drag the woman by her ankle and put her into a nearby holding cell.
