Video: Off-Duty Minn. Cops Insult Uniformed Officers
Two Minneapolis Police officers disparaged their police chief and called the Green Bay PD a "clown show" in an expletive-laden rant that included racial slurs.

Two Minneapolis Police officers disparaged their police chief and called the Green Bay Police Department a "clown show" in an expletive-laden rant that included racial slurs.
Officers Brian Thole and Shawn Powell identified themselves as members of the agency's SWAT team on June 29, during a confrontation with Green Bay officers that followed a fight. Powell, a former Green Bay PD officers, and Thole said they had gone out drinking and got into a fight with a group of nine black men.
One of the Minneapolis officers said the men in the altercation “were doing their monkey thing." After Green Bay officers told the off-duty officers to return to their hotel, one of them told the uniformed officers to "f**k off" and gave one of them the finger.
Thole and Powell later argued with Green Bay Lt. Steve Mahoney in the station lobby and said they didn't want their names used in a police report. We have a lesbian f**king chief that's looking to fire people for any reason," one said, reports the Star-Tribune .
