A University of Virginia college student has been cleared after fleeing from state alcohol-control agents who mistook her purchase of bottled water for a 12-pack of beer.

Elizabeth Daly, 20, was confronted by six plainclothes Alcoholic Beverage Control agents in April, after leaving a Harris Teeter in April. Daly says one of the agents drew a gun.
