On Wednesday Dec. 4, Brookhaven officers responded to a local business after reports of a male suspect threatening employees, police say.
The suspect had an active arrest warrant for assault. When officers attempted to detain him, he resisted, broke free, and hid inside the business, the Brookhaven PD said in a Facebook statement.
Officers quickly suspected that the man had climbed into the ceiling. They used a drone to locate him.
He climbed down from the ceiling and was taken into custody without further incident.
