Daniel Chong , 25, said he now suffers from post-traumatic stress disorder from the "really bad, horrble accident," reports the Los Angeles Times . Chong and his attorney announced the settlement Tuesday.
Chong was swept up in a drug raid in April 2012 when he went to smoke marijuana with his friends. He was questioned briefly and told he would be released.
He was left in a 5-by-10 foot windowless room for five days without food, water, or toilet facilities. Chong said he went "completely insane" and was forced to drink his own urine.
