A man arrested by a Samford (Conn.) Police officer is accusing an officer of forwarding X-rated videos and pictures of intimite acts with his ex-girlfriend to at least one other person, reports the New York Daily News.
William Vasilakos, 39, filed the suit against officer Michael Presti, according to documents posted to The Smoking Gun . The department in investigating the claim.
