Original S.W.A.T. will present a class on law enforcement leadership through the Law Enforcement Education Program (LEEP) at SHOT Show later this month in Las Vegas.
The class titled "Leadership in Law Enforcement" is scheduled for 1:30 to 2:30 p.m. in the Marcello 4504 room in the Sands Convention Center.
"This interactive discussion highlights the importance of leadership whether you are in top management, middle ranks or the boots on the street," Original S.W.A.T. says.
The class is presented by Thomas Quinn, who has 49 years of combined U.S. Secret Service, U.S. Federal Air Marshal Service and international security experience. It is designed to let you “put yourself in his shoes and hear how he developed his unique leadership perspective through stories from his duties as a Presidential Protection Division Supervisor for President Reagan, as principal liaison for the Secret Service with the military counter-terrorist units of the United States, and in airline security during the aftermath of 9/11."
Quinn serves on the board of directors of the Special Operations Warrior Foundation, which is partially sponsored by Original Footwear Company.
POLICE sponsors the LEEP program in partnership with the National Shooting Sports Foundation (NSSF).
