A Philadelphia Police officer was wounded late Tuesday by a ricochet from a shotgun round fired by his partner during a vehicle stop. Jose Roman, a 44-year-old SWAT officer, had the wind knocked out of him when he was hit, but recovered and handcuffed a suspect.
