Fla. Capt. Sentenced As Part of Drug Trafficking Organization

A federal judge sentenced a former Opa-Locka (Fla.) PD police captain to more than seven years in federal prison for his role in a drug trafficking operation. Arthur Balom, 46, of Miramar, had pleaded guilty to trafficking of cocaine, ecstasy, and oxycodone.
