A man was reportedly arrested for attempting to assault an officer with the Lincoln (NE) Police Department on Sunday night.

According to KOLN Radio, the man—identified as 32-year-old Ernest Webb—was intoxicated and attempting to get into the home of a victim known to him. Details on that relationship have not been released, but the call for service was a domestic disturbance.

Webb was arrested for felony third degree assault on a police officer and two misdemeanors.

When officers arrived on scene, Webb reportedly yelled "I'll blow your brains out" and "I kill cops for a living."

During his arrest Webb kicked an officer in the knee. The officer was able to finish her shift and is monitoring her injury.
