A Montana man now faces charges for assaulting an officer with the Bozeman Police Department during a DUI traffic stop on Saturday night.  

According to KXLF-TV, the man—identified as 46-year-old Dylan Pinet—was reportedly stopped for operating a motorized scooter while allegedly under the influence of alcohol.

Two responding officers began to subdue the allegedly confrontational man, taking him to the ground in an effort to arrest him. During the struggle, Pinet reportedly struck one of the officers several times in the face.
