A police recruit who was rejected by the NYPD after agreeing that gays "should be locked up" has sued the department claiming discrimination.

The would-be cop from Brooklyn—identified only as "Farhan Doe"—is a Muslim-American who believes homosexuality is a sin as a matter of religious principle, reports the New York Post.
