Police magazine and Death Row are again finding their way into the movies, after recent casting in the upcoming film, Ticker. The movie stars Dennis Hopper and Steven Segal as policemen who save Chicago from a group of bombers who have pieced together a nuclear weapon from top-secret government devices.
The publications were used as set dressing and props for scenes taking place in the police squadroom and captain's office. Produced by Paul Rosenblum and Filmwerks, and directed by Albert Pyun, Ticker is slated for release this fall.
