The man who led Massachusetts State Police on a wild chase through the streets of Boston and onto the Massachusetts Turnpike claimed to be a Supreme Court judge and spewed obscenities at the court-apointed psychologist who described him as "quite delusional" during an arraignment proceeding.
Alejandro Serra, 29, triggered the pursuit Monday by ramming three Massachusetts state patrol cars, NECN.com reports.
Serra has a long history of mental illness, his defense attorney said.
