VIDEO: Officer Pulls Woman's Hair During Arrest
A civil service panel has overturned the 15-day suspension imposed on a Baton Rouge (La.) Police officer who pulled a woman out of a ditch by her hair at an accident scene in late 2011.
The Municipal Police and Fire Civil Service Board voted unanimously to overturn the discplinary action on Sgt. Robert Schilling by Baton Rouge Police Chief Dewayne White.
Sgt. Schilling was suspended without pay for command of temper and conduct unbecoming of an officer. The board refuted both charges and ordered the department to provide him back pay, reports WAFB.
