Roland Herrera, 63, now faces charges of impersonating an officer. The two men were inside the store when Herrera approached the undercover detective and demanded, "Why do you have so many phones? Are you a drug dealer?"

Herrera said he was "a cop" and the detective should "give him the drugs," reports the Pueblo Chieftain.
