New documents have been released regarding the former New London, N.H., police chief, who resigned last year amid allegations that he tried to get a college student to take nude pictures in exchange for her charges being dropped.
New documents have been released regarding the former New London, N.H., police chief, who resigned last year amid allegations that he tried to get a college student to take nude pictures in exchange for her charges being dropped, reports wcvb.com.
Last march, a Colby Sawyer college student claimed former chief David Seastrand offered to drop underage drinking charges if he could take nude pictures of her.
Soon afterward, three other women came forward, saying Seastrand had made sexual propositions.
The Attorney General’s Office said they had to look at the facts and weigh whether trying to prosecute the case would be in everyone’s best interest.
