It’s designed to keep a portion of the Lake Superior waterfront safe with an all-new modified “V” hull design for exceptional performance, stability, and maneuverability.
The craft are 36-feet long with 10-foot beams, and they are powered by triple 250-hp motors that can push them to a top speed of 45 knots.

The FP-M patrol boats will provide security for U.S. Navy Ships and personnel from waterborne threats in and outside of Navy ports around the world.
Lake Assault introduced a new law enforcement patrol boat in late 2019. The new boat is 24-feet long and is powered by twin Honda 200 horsepower engines (other engine options are available).
Lake Assault Boats has been chosen to supply up to 119 Force Protection-Medium (FP-M) patrol boats to the U.S. Navy. The first deliveries will begin in November 2020.
The identical craft are 35 feet long with a 10-foot beam. The V-hull vessels are powered by triple 250-hp outboard motors capable of achieving a top speed of 45 knots.
A brand-new patrol craft from Lake Assault Boats will be on display at the International Work Boat Show, booth #3877, Dec. 4–6 in New Orleans, LA.
The St. Croix County (WI) Sheriff's Office took delivery of a custom-built Lake Assault Boats rigid hull inflatable boat (RHIB) in time to serve during this summer's active July 4th holiday weekend for patrol and water-based emergency rescue operations on a 27-mile stretch of the St. Croix River.
