The Sabre 2.0 from 5.11 Tactical is a concealed carry jacket designed for covert operations. It's fully waterproof and breathable with a new updated mesh and nylon liner. In addition to right and left shoulder pockets, updated front vertical chest pockets and back up belt system-compatible hand warmer pockets provide storage. The Sabre 2.0 also has an updated fit, a waterproof removable hood, and a new vertical zipped back pocket near the lumbar to store the hood. Law enforcement apparel maker 5.11 Tactical entered the flashlight market several years back with its supercapacitor-powered Light for Life patrol light. At this year's IACP, the company introduced a new line of conventional battery-powered flashlights called ATAC. The five ATAC lights range in size from a 6-inch long pen light to a 5.3-inch tactical light. All except the pen light offers advanced features such as strobe mode. The 5.11 Tactical Sabre 2.0 jacket features the QUIXIP side access system for fast sidearm access. Radio mic pass-through openings from the hand warmer pockets to the inside of the jacket and three pullout ID panels allow you to remain covert. The softshell outer shell is waterproof yet breathable and features waterproof zippers on the front and arms. A removable hood can be detached and stowed in an easily-accessible vertical back zipper pocket.
