A Florida restaurant manager caused an uproar on Saturday, when he sent a tweet sympathetic to Occupy protesters advocating cop killing. On Monday, Rusty Braxton complained that he had received several death threats and said the tweet was a misunderstanding.

2 Calif. Officers Injured In Occupy Protest
Two California law enforcement officers were injured during a clash with Occupy protesters at the state Capitol. A city police officer was injured when a member of the Occupy group jumped on him, and a CHP officer was hurt after being struck by an object.

U.S. Park Police Arrest 31 Occupiers Over Wooden Structure
U.S. Park Police officers arrested 31 Occupy D.C. protesters who had erected a wooden structure in a park two blocks from the White House. Officers used a cherry picker to pluck several protesters from the roof of the structure on Sunday night.
