Wanted posters listing the names of the fugitives and those that have been captured has been made available to the public. Those who were indicted are suspected to be members of the Bloods and Latin Kings gangs.

Virginia MS-13 Member Gets 20-Year Sentence for Pimp's Slaying
Portillo and Arguera fatally shot Luna three times. Portillo fired two of the three fatal shots—one to Luna's chest and a second contact wound to Luna's head. A third shot entered the left side of Luna's back and exited his chest.

FBI Reports U.S. Crime Decline In 2009
Violent crimes fell 5.5 percent and property crimes declined 4.9 percent compared with 2008, according to the preliminary report. An overall decline in reported crimes came for the third straight year.

S.C. Sheriff Sold Drugs Out of Agency SUV, Protected Dealers
The FBI described Melvin as a "middle man" who talked about arresting drug traffickers to confiscate their drugs for re-sale. Federal agents obtained wire-tap recordings of Melvin talking to two dealers on his cell phone.

Times Square SUV With Bomb Materials Sold In Cash Deal
Authorities interviewed the owner of the vehicle, who said the1993 Nissan Pathfinder was sold on Craigslist during a transaction that occurred in a Connecticut shopping mall. The seller couldn't remember the name of the purchaser, and told authorities he was either Middle Eastern or Hispanic.
