FBI Releases 2009 LEOKA Report
Law enforcement agencies identified 41 alleged assailants in connection with the 48 felonious line-of-duty deaths. Thirty-three of the assailants had prior criminal records, and 13 of the assailants were under judicial supervision at the time of the felonious incidents.

An Armenian-American gang led by a "vor" (Eurasian version of a godfather) submitted $163 million in false reimbursement claims and netted approximately $35 million in payouts for treatments that never took place, according to the Department of Justice.

Lonnell Glover, 48, was sentenced to life imprisonment for his role as leader of a Phencyclidine (PCP) and heroin distribution organization in the District of Columbia and Maryland. With two years of investigation, the FBI revealed that Glover was one of the largest regional suppliers of PCP and heroin in the area.
