Brazilian Police Ram Smuggling Plane
To prevent the escape of suspected smugglers, federal police agents of Ribeirão Preto used a vehicle to ram their plane. The officers, who filmed the moment of approach, prevented the airplane from taking off and in the process arrested five suspects and seized illicit cargo that included notebooks, electronic surveillance equipment and a bicycle.

X-Ray of Truck Reveals Hundreds of Migrants Bound for U.S.
The X-ray image was taken by Chiapas state police examining trucks at a checkpoint in the outskirts of the city of Tuxtla Gutierrez that revealed 513 migrants crammed into two trailers bound for the U.S. The migrants apparently paid $7,000 each to the smugglers.
