San Antonio Officer Killed In Wrong-Way Crash with DUI
Officer Stephanie Ann Brown, 27, was responding to call for service on Interstate 35 downtown, when she was hit. The driver, who was also killed, has been identified as Christopher David Baldaramos, 31. A receipt from a bar was found in Baldaramos' pocket.

Montana Officer's Miraculous Traffic Stop
A Montana traffic stop ended in gunfire in January, after Raymond Thane Davis pulls out a .44 Magnum revolver and fires at Hamilton Police Officer Ross Jessop. The driver responds to Jessop's question of how much have you had to drink with, "Plenty," and then pulls out the gun. A jury ruled on April 13 that the shooting was justified. Listen for the "click" of the revolver's hammer dropping on an already fired round in the cylinder. The second round was live.

Wrong Way Driver Who Killed NY Cop Had 0.25 BAC
Officer Andre Menzies, who was driving home from a shift at 12:05 a.m., was killed instantly when he was hit by Michael Bowen's Ford van. Bowen's blood-alcohol content was more than three times the legal limit.
