Colo. License Plates Would Honor Fallen Officers
Deputy Basil Marciniak was inspired to create the plates, following the fatal shooting of Weld County Deputy Sheriff Sam Brownlee. Marciniak and the Colorado Concerns of Police Survivors (C.O.P.S.) are obtaining the required 3,000 signatures needed for approval.
