San Antonio Cop's Killer Executed
The street gang member who fatally shot a San Antonio Police sergeant and his wife after he "just went crazy" was executed tonight in Texas. Frank Garcia shot Sgt. Hector Garza in the head, he later told investigators, because he knew the officer would be wearing a ballistic vest.
