Agent Alfred Zanyet-Pérez was shot and killed Friday while conducting an undercover operation for the Drugs and Narcotics Division of the Puerto Rico Police Department, reports ODMP.org .
He was at a store in San Germán, Puerto Rico when a subject in a passing vehicle opened fire, fatally wounding him. The suspect(s) remain at large.
Agent Zanyet-Pérez is survived by his wife and four children.
