NYPD Officer Acquitted of Rape Rips Prosecutor

Former NYPD officer Kenneth Moreno says the criminal justice system let him down. The ex-cop acquitted of forcing himself on a drunken woman whom he says he was helping blasted prosecutors Sunday, saying they bowed to political pressure in taking a weak case to trial.

Los Angeles Police Historical Society Honored at Dinner

The LAPHS was honored by the SDPHS for its assistance in opening the San Diego Police Museum. The museum at 4710 College Ave. in San Diego opened last December in a renovated branch library building that had been acquire by the San Diego PD.
