Body cam video released Tuesday by the Georgia Bureau of Investigation shows the moment Baldwin County Sheriff's deputy Charles Gillis shot 18-year old Jamel Jackson in the arm. The video shows that the deputy may have drawn and fired his gun while intending to deploy an ECW. More Here.

NC Officer Shoots Woman Who Hit, Injured Him with Vehicle

Authorities said Deleon pulled over the vehicle and began speaking to the driver, 24-year-old Melanie Wensel, of Spring Lake. Wensel then fled from the traffic stop, hitting the officer with the vehicle. Captain Charles Kimble said Deleon was struck in his lower extremities but it is not clear if Wensel was aiming for the officer. More Here.
