California Deputy Resuscitates 17-Day-Old Infant

Two deputies, Rick Chaeff and Mike Laddy, were at a coffee shop on Monday when a woman entered and told them her granddaughter wasn't breathing. Chaeff was able to force air into the infant's lungs on the fourth try, and the infant started breathing.
