Ford Stealth PI Concept

The Ford Motor Co. produced a "stealth" version of its 2012 Police Interceptor for an automotive trade show. Ford has no current plants to produce the stealth concept vehicle, yet it released additional photos showing its spy-car features that include lighting that isn't noticible until its activated, a secret weapons compartment in the glove box and more sinister body styling lines. NYPD Cops Fired Record-Low 296 Bullets In 2009

The department also tied the record (set in 2008) for the fewest officer-involved shootings with 105. The majority of the 47 incidents where cops shot at suspects last year were in the Bronx and northern Brooklyn.

Illinois Officer Cleared In Force Incident
