Mont. Militia Leader who Fired on Deputies Remains at Large

Fugitive militia leader David Burgert remained at large Thursday, as law enforcement personnel scaled back their search for the former Marine who had planned a gunfight with Missoula County Sheriff's deputies on Sunday.
