Fire Door Armor has recently partnered with Singlewire Software to provide a barricade and emergency notification tool that protects K12 classrooms. The Fire Door Armor barricade is installed on classroom doors and can be engaged in a second. This barricade can withstand several tons of outside pressure, helping keep classrooms secure. By partnering with Singlewire Software, Fire Door Armor integrates with InformaCast emergency notification software to send alerts when the barricade is engaged. These alerts can include the location where the barricade is activated (school and classroom) and can be sent as email, SMS text messages, push notifications, and more to notify the right people, including law enforcement agencies, that an emergency is taking place.
