Wis. Agency's Subaru STI Rally Car

This isn't your grandfather's patrol car cockpit.

The Greenfield PD acquired its Subaru WRX STI in the fall, after upgrading its fleet to Dodge Chargers.

To get his enhanced shots of the Subaru, Baumgardner attached a rolling camera rig that included a Manfrotto Magic Arm, Canon T2i DSLR camera, and Tamron 10-24mm lens.

Motorola, Federal Signal, Milwaukee 2-Way, and General Communications donated police equipment.

The Subaru is used for community relations, traffic enforcement, and cruising enforcement.

Greenfield Police Officer Jen Heintz also photographed the Subaru.

A full vinyl wrap depicts a "peeled paint" image, suggesting the vehicle's blue color was blown off by high-speed wind.
