The 5.11 Tactical LMC Recurve is a mid-size folder that cuts like a big knife but is small enough to fit comfortably in a pocket. Lightweight and portable, the LMC Recurve measures 4.25 inches closed and 7.5 inches open. The utilitarian knife features a recurve blade with a plain edge. It is ideal for everyday cutting jobs. The finger coil at the base of the blade allows for total control while the textured FRN scales offer optimal grip. The V-hole in the blade provides instant one-hand operation. Ideal for both personal defense and utility use, the Lil Matriarch from Spyderco is a pocket-sized knife that provides cutting power in a compact package. The Lil Matriarch's blade is made of VG-10 stainless steel and features a fully serrated SpyderEdge cutting edge. In addition to supporting one-handed operation, a trademark round hole and a four-position clip allow for ambidextrous carry and operation. Bi-directional texturing in the handle provides a secure grip. The Lil Matriarch evolved from Spyderco's line of knives inspired by the C12 Civilian and contains the same Reverse "S" edge profile of all its predecessors.

The new Kershaw Funxion EMT knife features SpeedSafe Assisted opening that provides instantaneous use of the partially serrated blade. The 8Cr13MoV blade steel offers excellent edge retention. A cord cutter is built in with a hex bolt wrench and screwdriver attached at the arm. The non-slip handle insert enhances a secure grip during usage. For storage, the knife has an onboard carabiner and it also comes with Kershaw's deep-carry clip for secure pocket carry.

Especially useful for rural agencies, the innovative entrenching tool from Glock has a surface-treated blade that can be locked in three positions for multiple uses. The e-tool can be used as a spade, shovel, hoe, or a screwdriver. Additionally, the hardened saw located inside the handle can be quickly mounted. The handle is made of high-impact resistant polymer. Folded up, the Glock e-tool measures 10 inches for easy storage purposes. It also comes with a durable nylon pouch that can attach to a belt or backpack.

Made in conjunction with Jason Brous, noted custom knife maker, the Brous Snarl is the latest knife from SOG Speciality Knives and Tools. It is equipped with a 9CRMoV stainless steel blade with a straight edge. Rather than a thinned handle at the end, the Snarl features rounded indentations and cut-outs to easily grip. SOG refers to it as a brass knuckles/SOG mash-up. Weighing less than two pounds with an overall length of 4.3 inches, the fixed-blade is portable. It comes with a molded hard nylon sheath for reversible belt carry or neck carry.

The Otanashi noh Ken from Columbia River Knife & Tool (CRKT) is the latest concealed carry folder with a larger sized blade and thinned down carry stature. It serves as a go-to tool that can be carried undetected. To easily carry the blade concealed, it is packaged in a knife chassis. Its thumb-disk opener means you can deploy the blade quickly and unnoticed. It is equipped with CRKT’s LAWKS safety to ensure the blade will remain locked open until the manual release of the safety.

HK Knives' latest tactical multi-tool is ready for the front lines with a wide array of features. The 14443T is equipped with needle nose pliers, a knife blade, strap cutter, and carbide glass breaker. It also includes a file with scraping end and a saw blade. Providing additional backup, the tool has an AR-15/ M-16 four-tooth front sight adjustment, shotgun choke key, cuff key, and double-lock tool. Leatherman merged one-hand opening pliers and one-hand opening blades to form its first-ever one-hand operable multi-tool. The Leatherman OHT is equipped with four screwdrivers, a saw, threading for a #8-32 rod attachment, two knives, a bottle/can opener, V-notch strap cutter, oxygen wrench, and integrated lanyard rings. The OHT is designed for multi-tasking to streamline operations to a one-handed process. It contains spring action to allow for easy grip and smooth openings. The latest entry tool from Ka-Bar Knives, the TDI Law Enforcement Master Key, boasts dual performance as a blade and pry bar. On one end is a 4-inch axe-like edge that cuts through any obstacle while the opposite end can be wedged under door frames to serve as a pry bar. Designed for close-quarters defense, the Master Key can be drawn quickly and efficiently. It is sold with an ambidextrous MOLLE-compatible sheath. The Master Key is made in the United States.

Ideal for the field and range, the Gun Tool from Real Avid is a highly capable tool in a compact frame. Use it to change choke tubes, adjust scope turrets, mount rings and bases and other gun accessories, and break down actions. It includes a gun pin punch, choke tube wrench (.410-10 ga), and a scope windage/elevation adjuster. Every Gun Tool is made on a stainless steel frame with grip-coated side plates. Other features include three Torx wrenches, two Allen wrenches, a magnetic hex driver, a storage bay for hex bits, and a 420 stainless claw-point blade.

Gerber built its latest Bullrush Multi-tool with law enforcement and tactical professionals in mind. The butterfly style opening allows users to access the Tanto knife blade, full-size Phillips screwdriver, strap cutter, and standard driver quickly and efficiently from the outside. The G-10 handles provide secure grip and can be unfolded to access the full-size pliers and wire cutters. Although compact in size with a 3.6-inch closed length and 5.8-inch overall length, the Bullrush doesn't compromise durability.

Blackhawk's MOD Mark III Automatic Folder features a side-open automatic knife with enhanced blade design, including structural uniformity, edge retention, and sharpening capability. The blade is available with a plain or serrated edge. To ensure a solid grip during usage, the folder's stainless steel liners are also coated with textured G-10 scales.
