Officers were responding to reports of a man armed with a gun in the 2200 block of West Cary Street, at Meadow Street at 5:21 p.m. Wednesday night. Investigators say four officers approached the suspect and he started running. He then allegedly turned back with a gun, and shots were fired. More Here.
