New Mexico Woman Arrested for Vandalizing 20 Police, City Vehicles

On Tuesday, the suspect pleaded not guilty to another criminal damage charge from December 2024, when she allegedly used a “large rusty metal object” to damage a police vehicle.

An Albuquerque woman was arrested after allegedly smashing the windows of multiple police and city vehicles in Downtown on Monday.

Danielle Magee, 48, is charged with criminal damage over $1,000. She was booked into the Metropolitan Detention Center and was ordered released on her own recognizance, the Albuquerque Journal reports.

On Tuesday, Magee pleaded not guilty to another criminal damage charge from December 2024, when she allegedly used a “large rusty metal object” to damage a police vehicle, according to court records.

In total, Magee allegedly damaged 20 government vehicles, resulting in more than $1,000 in damages, the complaint states. Magee told police she did not want to talk about the incident.
