A Bradenton (Florida) Police officer recently delivered a pizza to a local resident when a delivery driver found access to the front of the woman’s house was blocked by an alligator.
Bradenton Officer Tolson spotted the eight-foot gator hiding out under a vehicle in the woman’s driveway, and told the woman who was delivering the pizza to stop.
The officer suggested the pizza delivery person go around to the back of the house, when she replied, "I’m a little scared."
Then she asked if the officer would do it.
Tolson took the pizza and went to the back door. He was met by the woman who had cash in her hand and asked how much she owed, Fox reports.
Tolson told the woman he did not know because he was not the delivery person.
Before parting ways, the woman said she wanted to grab a picture of the gator. To be on the safe side, the officer took a photo of the large reptile under the car with her phone before the alligator was taken away by trappers.
