The Oct. 20 incident began around 8 a.m. when two officers responded to a call about a man with a “large knife” trespassing at a Dollar Tree store.
Inside the store, officers confronted the man and ordered him to comply. He went into the back storeroom of the business and climbed up on some boxes, the video shows. The officers tried to take him into custody after drawing their TASERs.
