7 Shot, 2 Dead, and Officer Wounded in AR Mass Shooting
Seven people were shot, two fatally, and an officer wounded during a mass shooting Friday at a grocery store in Fordyce, AR.
Seven people were shot, two fatally, and an officer wounded during a mass shooting Friday at a grocery store in Fordyce, AR. Police shot and critically wounded the gunman.
Arkansas State Police responded to a shooting at the Mad Butcher grocery store about 11:30 a.m. today and report that nine individuals had been shot including five that were wounded, two who were killed. An officer and the the shooter were also wounded.
The wounded officer has non-life-threatening injuries, according to ASP.
Law enforcement officers shot the gunman, who is reported to have been critically injured and was taken into custody.
