NYPD officer rescued a man who fell on the tracks in a Bronx subway station earlier this week.
The NYPD said on X that the man suffered a medical episode and suddenly fell onto the tracks Tuesday at the Third Avenue/149th St station.
Not only was the man inches away from the third rail, but there was also an oncoming train approaching the station, ABC7 reports.
