In a news conference Saturday afternoon, WSP announced that 27-year-old Christopher Gadd from Pasco, Washington, was killed when a speeding driver hit his vehicle that was parked on the shoulder of the highway around 3 a.m.
A 32-year-old Lynnwood man was arrested and charged with vehicular homicide. He has been booked into the Snohomish County jail, MyNorthwest reports.
Trooper Gadd is survived by his wife and 2-year-old daughter, ODMP.org reports.
