An Arizona man who struck and killed Gilbert police officer Rob Targosz has pleaded guilty to manslaughter and leaving the scene of a fatal accident. Authorities say Tyler Fahlman, 21, was driving under the influence of alcohol at the time of the accident.
Fahlman faces five to 10 years in prison on the manslaughter charge. He could also be sentenced to pay restitution of as much as $500,000. He will be sentenced to supervised probation for leaving the scene.
