Dallas Police Dismiss 39 'Driving Without Speaking English' Cases

The department announced the move after 48-year-old Ernestina Mondragon complained that she was cited for the charge, as well as making an illegal U-turn.

The Dallas Police Department announced that 39 cases of motorists being ticketed for driving without without speaking English would be dismissed, the Dallas Morning News reports.

The cases date back three years.
