A 56-year-old Louisville man was arrested in Louisiana, after he pulled over a women he suspected was driving drunk and instructed his girlfriend to call state police for backup, the Courier-Journal reports.
Herman Justice was booked into the Jefferson Parrish jail and charged with aggravated assault and impersonating a police officer.
Justice allegedly used a red light to pull over a 41-year-old woman at 3 a.m. Friday, and ordered her out of the car at gunpoint. A Louisiana state trooper arrived to find the woman with her hands raised and legs spread.
When arrested, Justice was wearing a police baton, gold security guard's badge and silver volunteer firefighter badge. In his vehicle, Justice had five guns, four knives and 446 rounds of ammunition. The guns included a 308-caliber rifle with scope, a shotgun with laser attachment, and a fully loaded Bushmaster AR-15 rifle.
Justice also had two dashboard-mounted video cameras, which he used to videotape the incident.
