A driver who allegedly struck Lexington (Ky.) Police Officer Bryan Durman was arrested in a nearby apartment, Kentucky.com reports.
Durman, 27, was responding to a noise complaint Thursday evening. He had parked his cruiser and approached the rear of a parked vehicle that had reportedly been "playing music loudly."
While Durman interviewed the passenger of that vehicle, a Chevrolet Tahoe allegedly driven by Glenn Doneghy struck Durman, who later died of his injuries.
