An activist who was videotaped getting knocked off his bicycle by a New York Police officer admitted in court that he taunted the rookie officer with, "Assault me!" and testified that he "wanted this situation to go all the way," the Associated Press reports.

Patrick Pogan knocked Christopher Long off his bicycle during the Critical Mass protests in July 2008. The incident was captured on video and posted to YouTube.
