An 18-year-old woman involved in a jaywalking arrest including a videotaped punch by an Seattle officer pleaded guilty Wednesday to assault, the Seattle Times reports.
Angel Rosenthal, who was 17 at the time of the incident, entered a guilty plea to a fourth-degree assault misdemeanor in King County Juvenile Court. She received a year probation and must complete 80 hours of community service.
In a clip posted to YouTube, officer Ian P. Walsh punched Rosenthal in the face in response to a shove. Rosenthal also apologized to the officer.
