An aribtrator has ruled in favor of an east Texas police officer whose rough arrest of an auto-theft suspect had resulted in a two-day suspension from the Paris (Texas) police chief, the Dallas Morning News reports.
Officer Jeremy Massey , who was off-duty at the time of the arrest, handcuffed 18-year-old Cornelius Gill and slammed him onto the hood of a cruiser driven by a uniformed back-up officer.
