A judge has sentenced a former Bell (Calif.) Police officer to nine years in federal prison for violating a motorist's civil rights by forcing her to perform oral sex after stopping her for a traffic violation, reports the Los Angeles Times.

Following the May 2007 incident, Feliciano Sanchez, 35, visited the victim's workplace twice and told her he would be watching her. Sanchez pleaded guilty a year ago.
